All shipping costs for returns are at your own expense and will not be refunded.
We will be able to offer next day delivery, on orders received before noon, using Royal Mail. Please note, handling and delivery time may vary during busy periods.
If an item has been damaged in transit or you have not received it, then do not worry, simply contact us at: email@example.com explaining the issue.
If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, then I am afraid we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
When we have received your return, an email will be sent to confirm. Once we have investigated the claim, you will be notified by email as to our decision. Any refunds will be credited to the original method of payment you made, within 14 days. If your refund has not appeared in your bank, then please check with your bank and credit card company before contacting us, as processing times do vary.
We only replace items if the wrong item has been shipped to you or the item is not as described. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
